MOTUS CO-ORGANISER FOR THE PROJECT "MIGRANT WOMEN"
MOTUS is a no profit Cultural Association developing its activities in the artistic, production, training and didactics areas collaborating, for the last one, especially with schools and Universities. The association has been recognised as Social Welfare Promotion Body, and it works with other artits, associations, public and private institutions, for the realisation of projects as: art promotion and diffusion; better information on specific pubblic issues through artistic languages; supporting disadvantaged subjects; malaise recover; artistic developement of young professionists.MOTUS's projects are developed nationally and internationally. The association is engaged with Estern Europe Countries aiming to enhance a post-war rebirth. These projects allow the realisation of a network between different subjects sharing common interests, linking artists with society, giving a higher meaning to the art making. Since 2000, MOTUS directs the Centro Internazionale d'Arte in Siena, with objectives as: promotion, partecipation and cultural developement through dance and body language; professional training of dancers and dance teachers; to create audience with cultural activities, seminars, performances, conferences and exhibitions. The professional training couses are based on Simona Cieri's method and on national and international masters who are integrating and enriching the teaching activity through stages and seminars. Simona Cieri has been recognised as author and creator of an inventive didactic (protected by cophyright).
